Halfway through 2023, when the sun is just right, Namei New Materials held an outdoor group building activity in August, allowing all employees to go to the mountains and rivers together and have a date with the sea breeze and seawater. The most wonderful way of life is to run on the ideal road with people with the same goals as themselves. All employees mobilized and set out for Dongtou.
In order to enhance understanding among employees and promote communication and teamwork, Namei New Materials organized more than 100 employees to participate in colorful outdoor group building activities on 6th to 8thAugust . This group building activity is full of challenges and funny, showing the wisdom of the team and enhancing the communication and friendship between them. There were laughter and beautiful memories everywhere in the activity.
In the activity, we tried some activities that need teamwork, such as sand sculpture giant painting. The sand sculpture giant painting project is based on sand, and the three dimensional shape of the picture pattern is built on the painting with sand material to make sand sculpture works. Experienced the close cooperation and strength between teams. Through these activities, we feel understanding and cooperation of the team more deeply, turn our thoughts into actions, and improve our ability to consider when implementing the plan. We completed the task together through self-challenge, detailed observation and grasping the core issues.
We also tried sports challenges such as Frisbee, and everyone worked together as a family to overcome various difficulties and support and help each other. The development of this group building activity reflects the company’s concern for employees, deepens the unity and communication among employees, enriches the knowledge and interest of corporate culture, and brings positive energy. Through the game, we clearly realize that only people from all departments can unite and cooperate to make Namei grow stronger. In cooperation, we have gained new meaning.
At the bonfire party, we cooked, brushed and baked together and enjoyed a delicious barbecue dinner together. In a happy atmosphere, we stuttered and laughed loudly.
In summer, we participated in an unforgettable group building activity together. In every link of the activity, laughter are constant, making people feel happy. This summer, we created a beautiful moment together and shared a happy time together. Let’s continue to join hands and pursue the future together!
